Whitney was granted custody of 14-year-old Bobbi after she told the court that Brown "could not be relied upon.""He's unreliable. If he says he's going to come, sometimes he does. Usually he doesn't", she explained.
Brown's lawyer said his client was intending to appeal the judge's decision.
The couple's divorce will be final on April 24th.
