The filthy rich arrogant playboy has apparently been caught with pills in his Florida jail cell after trying to bribe a guard for a bottle of water with a $100 bill last night. The guard reported Francis to higher ups which led to his being searched, (and with any luck, probed anally.) Francis was found to be carrying $700 cash and a number of unspecified pills.
Francis may face charges of introduction of contraband into a correctional facility, which is a felony, and possession of a controlled substance.
Francis was to be detained until April 23rd, but all that may change after this latest development.
Money can't buy you everything...moron.
