Happy {Fire-Crackin'} Weekend!

Ahhh...a long weekend. Finally. Oh yes, and our nation's birthday - that's fun too.

I hope your weekend is filled with BBQs, ice cream, sunshine and fun. I plan to do little else than sit and relax and I am completely thrilled about it. Fingers crossed that the weather cooperates.

Even if it doesn't, the break will be just divine.

Happy weekend luvies!

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

Christmas with a Twist

I'd love to take a break from the more traditional Christmas colors and switch things up with a vibrant pop of orange.

This wrap by Darling Clementine is just perfect, don't you think. Festive without being predictable. J'dore.

More wonderful orange inspiration here.

All that Glitters

I don't know about you, but I'm finding it's been a bit of a tough year for a lot of people. But after a night out on the town and seeing A Christmas Carol, I'm officially in the festive mood and ready to look the part.

Wouldn't your outlook be brighter if you were to spend the rest of the year in a party dress, falling into that bed every night?!

I'm Loving....

Understated Christmas greetings from Simply Hue. So fabulously subtle.

Trinkets and Treasures

Since I paid homage to a darker approach to the holiday season earlier today, I also had to feature some of my favorite cheery winter whites.

Pretty Packages

I am a wrapping paper fiend. That's why I was intrigued, though not entirely sure about Chewing The Cud's reusable fabric holiday wrap.

I love the concept but I'm a sucker for my ribbon and bows. And I'm not convinced it wouldn't look a mess if I tried it out myself.

Do you have a favorite look for your holiday wrap?

Sweet Slumber

The days are getting shorter and shorter and shorter. The dark mornings make a cozy bed so inviting...and difficult to get out of! These certainly wouldn't make things any easier.

Put a wreath over my bed and maybe I'll just hunker down there for the rest of the holiday season!

Party Dress and Undress

Tonight I'll officially welcome the arrival of December with my first holiday soiree of the season. I'm looking forward to shaking the dust off my favorite frocks, sky-high heels and festive accessories.

And when the eggnog and Christmas cookies run low I'd love to keep the fun going with lovely underthings. Sonia Rykiel lingerie for H&M would certainly do the trick.

Cheers to a very merry and fashionable holiday!

Charmed, I'm Sure

I keep coming back to look at these pretty wrap bracelets from Citrine by the Stones.

A perfect stocking stuffer, don't you agree? You can check out more lovelies here.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We are off on the road, making the rounds with in the future in-laws this Turkey-day.

Even if you're half way around the world and don't celebrate this holiday, are hunkered down at home, or packing up your own car and off to grandma's house, I wanted to share my sincere thanks for all of the Apartment#34 readers.
