A rep for the two says the In Touch allegations - which include not only a threesome, but unprotected sex with at least one prostitute - are patently false.
The pair's rep says the prostitution claim "is completely untrue and totally ridiculous" and moreover, "the magazine was clearly told before publication."
"Sadly we live in a world where a magazine can print lies and believe they can get away with it ... We are taking legal action against the magazine."

The rep assures us that the parents of three will definitely "fight this. They're fed up with people trying to tear them apart. Their love is strong."

He said, "There are so many things, I think the main thing is she's an amazing mother."
In fact, said the hot footballer, he loves her even more for it!
David said, "To see her grow into a person with children - and she's become this amazing person with the children - that's one of the most attractive things about Victoria, and about any woman."
He explained: "We've been married 11 years, we've been together for 14 years, and we make it work. We make time for each other."
"We work hard as individuals, but our main job is being parents, our boys are our lives so our number one priority is our boys, but then we make time for ourselves, we go for dinner, we go for romantic weekends and you make it work of course."

Us Weekly have posted a letter to Victoria Beckham on their site asking her to wear bras while living in Los Angeles because people are sick of seeing her nipples.
They write, "There is nothing Posh about forgetting to wear a bra when gallivanting about in thin T-shirts, as you've unfortunately been known to do.
"It is obvious to us that the bra may be a foreign concept to you - much like American football, or the good sense to avoid Tom Cruise - so allow us to explain: You're a 32-year-old woman with perky breasts that apparently like to breathe.
"Keep shunning that bra and in five years you'll end up with pendulums hanging off your clavicle that hubby David Beckham might mistake for soccer ball bags."
