Nicole Kidman Receives An Order Of Australia Medal For Charity Work

Nicole Kidman received one of her country's highest honors today.

Nicole Kidman was given the Companion of the Order of Australia at an exclusive ceremony held today at Government House in Sydney. A representative for the Queen awarded Kidman with the medal.

Nicole was recognized because of her contributions to film and her "work promoting women and children's health, and cancer research." Kidman is also a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF.

Kidman spoke to reporters after the ceremony saying, "It's a pat on the back, which as a little girl is something you dream of."

Justin Timberlake Warns 'Someone' Against Becoming a Sloppy Drunk

Justin Timberlake won the Best International Male Solo Artist at the Brit Awards yesterday, and during his acceptance speech, he warned a friend against drinking too much.

Could that 'friend' have been Britney Spears?

"Thank you very much for this," Timberlake, said via streaming video. "I'm very flattered. I'm actually on tour so I couldn't be there. Everyone have a great night. Stop drinking! You know who you are. I'm speaking to you. You are going to get sloppy...OK! Magazine is going to say something bad about you!"
