One early fashion photo-shoot assignment involved her being sawed in half by a magician. Using the then-new "Impossible Sawing" version of the famous illusion, she was apparently divided in two at the waist by a circular saw and her halves separated without any boxes or other coverings over her body. Although not normally performed using non-professional assistants, this version of the illusion was especially selected as the lack of coverings over the assistant allowed a clear view of the fashions she was modeling.

Doutzen Kroes is a Dutch model best known for her appearances for the lingerie shop Victoria's Secret. Blonde and blue-eyed with just a hint of Teutonic princess, she has appeared on the covers of Vogue, Elle, and W magazines, among many others.
Vogue.com named her Model of the Year in 2005 after a vote of users; the same year she made her first appearance in the annual Victoria's Secret televised fashion show, as well as the company's lingerie catalogue. She became the spokesmodel for Calvin Klein's perfume Eternity in 2005, and signed on as the official face of L'Oreal cosmetics in 2006. Forbes magazine named her the fifth-highest-earning model in the world in 2008, with an annual income of six million dollars.

Victoria’s Secret model Doutzen Kroes has announced her pregnancy! three months pregnant model has been dating Sunnery James since August 2009, he is the one judged as dad of the baby.
"Sunnery and I are in the clouds. The critical first three months have gone well and I feel good,” Doutzen Kroes told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.
No word if the couple is planning to get married or at least get engaged because of the baby. However, it’s revealed that Doutzen is set to continue modeling as far into her pregnancy as possible.
